Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.
• Ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold others accountable.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance toward sales and profit goals.
• Develop strong teams through coaching and feedback.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, pricing, and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience and maintain an inviting store.
• Drive store promotions and visually engaging displays.
• Build leadership capability and succession planning across the store.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Stay connected to the work, identify opportunities, and remove barriers.
