You will gain hands-on experience leading total store operations while learning alongside an experienced Store Director, developing skills to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction with an ownership mindset.

You’ll learn to lead performance, coach teams, ensure operational excellence, and promote a guest-first culture as you prepare to advance to a store leadership role across Coborn's Midwest footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.
• Ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold yourself and others accountable.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn every area of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals.
• Coach department leaders and build strong teams with ongoing feedback and development.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, pricing, and product rotation meet standards.
• Create a remarkable guest experience by modeling personalized service and maintaining an inviting store.
• Drive merchandising and promotions to support sales and gross profit goals.
• Build leadership capability with hiring, scheduling, retention, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Stay connected to the work by walking the store and removing barriers.
