This high-visibility role emphasizes ownership, learning every area of store operations, and building strong teams. You’ll receive exposure to merchandising, promotions, staffing and compliance, with a path to future store leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance by directing store activities toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals.
• Develop strong teams by coaching department leaders and providing ongoing feedback and development.
• Deliver operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, pricing, rotation, sanitation, and safety.
