Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.
• Ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals.
• Develop strong teams by coaching department leaders and providing ongoing feedback.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, pricing, and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience by modeling personalized service and inviting store conditions.
• Drive merchandising and promotions to support sales and gross profit goals.
