You’ll gain hands‑on experience directing total store operations, learning from an experienced Store Director, and preparing to lead a store with an owner’s mindset.

You’ll develop skills to drive sales, build teams, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and advance your career through structured feedback and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results.
• Ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold yourself and others accountable.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and willingness to learn every area of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance toward sales, profit, expense, labor and guest service goals.
• Develop strong teams through coaching and clear expectations.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, pricing, rotation and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience by modeling personalized service.
• Drive store promotions and visually appealing displays to support sales and profit.
• Build leadership capability across the store through hiring, scheduling and training.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Stay connected to the work, identify opportunities, and assist departments as needed.
