Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance toward sales, profit, labor, and guest service goals.
• Develop department leaders and coach teams with clear expectations.
• Deliver operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience with organized, inviting stores.
• Drive merchandising and promotions to support sales and gross profit.
• Build leadership capability through hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
