Job summary

Buckle in Greensburg is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support the Store Manager, lead Teammates, drive sales, and oversee merchandising, training, and daily operations.

The role progression from AIT to Assistant Manager includes higher responsibilities, coaching, and ensuring store performance while maintaining Buckle’s standards and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate teammates in a fast‑paced store.
• Strong customer service skills with focus on guest experience and sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store sales goals and provide legendary guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain visual standards and execute floor plans and resets.
• Lead by example in leadership actions and guest relations.
