Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation. You will train and develop the team, drive world-class service, and build trust with customers through strong communication and hands-on leadership.

You will recruit talent, oversee training programs, and ensure top-quality pest management results while supporting community initiatives and company growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide world-class service.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and action plans.
• Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiency.
