Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, train and develop the Orkin Pros, and ensure top-notch pest control service and customer satisfaction across the region.

You will balance technical knowledge with empathy and integrity, manage field teams, recruit talent, and champion innovation while delivering safe, dependable service that supports community safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world's best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time.
