Job summary

Orkin, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, protecting homes and businesses and developing our Orkin Pros. This role blends leadership with customer-focused communication, field engagement, and community service involvement.

You’ll train teams, recruit talent, schedule, and drive growth while enjoying a competitive compensation, company vehicle, and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading teams and driving results.
• Sales experience preferred in a field role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others to deliver top service.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide world-class service.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
• Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
