Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation and train a growing team of professionals. You will blend industry knowledge with strong leadership, ensuring safety and exceptional customer service across all engagements.

You will drive recruiting, hands-on coaching, and ongoing training while championing innovation and efficiency in scheduling, routing, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the worlds best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time.
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
