Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist with presenting features, pricing, financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain proactive communication.
• Support the sales team with test drives and demonstrations.
• Process paperwork including down payments and loan docs.
• Maintain showroom organization and inventory presentation.
• Collaborate with teams to meet dealership goals.
