Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in Fresno, CA seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full director duties while continuing to personally service clients. You will help develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience as you prepare for a full Director role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or coaching preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and develop trainers.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PT Director.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, provide direction and guidance toward goals.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership coursework and readiness requirements within set timeframes.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
