Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to lead and develop the Personal Training team at the designated club, while personally servicing clients and driving revenue and enrollment performance.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of trainers, coaching on session delivery and program design, and complete required leadership coursework to prepare for a Director role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or equivalent).
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Interest in advancing into Personal Training Director role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Personal Trainers at the assigned location.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Trainers.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework within set timeframes.
