Job summary

Executive Home Care in Alpharetta seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and support to clients in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship, following care plans and reporting health changes to the care team.

We offer competitive hourly wages, flexible scheduling from 4 to 12 hours, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth. Prior healthcare experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Engage clients in conversations and companionship.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in health status.

Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
