Job summary

Executive Home Care of Alpharetta is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA/PCA to provide in-home personal care to clients in Alpharetta and surrounding areas. You will assist with ADLs, medication reminders, meal planning, companionship, and health monitoring, following care plans and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality, respectful, and safe at-home support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and support with medication routines according to prescribed schedules.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, adherent to dietary requirements; encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Engage clients in meaningful companionship and social interaction; accompany to appointments and activities.
• Observe, report changes in health status, and document care provided to the care team.
