Executive Home Care of Alpharetta is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home assistance with ADLs, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship. You will support clients in their homes, following care plans and collaborating with a caring team.

The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on clients managing aging or medical conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders according to prescribed schedules and support with medication routines.
• Meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements; monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Observe and report changes in health status; document care provided and notable observations.
