Executive Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients at home in Alpharetta. You will support daily living activities, medication reminders, healthy meals, and social engagement to enhance quality of life.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to care plans, and clear communication with the care team. Training is provided, and flexible shifts help balance personal commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, empathetic attitude essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work within a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders and support medication routines.
• Plan and prepare meals respecting dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and social engagement; accompany to appointments.
• Monitor health, report changes to the care team, and document care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
  • Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication Reminders:
  • Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
  • Support clients in managing their medication routines.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and Social Interaction:
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Health Monitoring:
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
