Executive Home Care of Alpharetta is seeking caring caregivers to provide essential in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, and mobility support, helping clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules and support routines.
• Meal planning and preparation with dietary considerations; monitor hydration.
• Offer companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Monitor health; observe changes and document care notes to the team.
