Job summary

Executive Home Care of Alpharetta is seeking caring caregivers/CNA/PCA to provide essential in-home personal care to clients, including help with daily living activities, nutrition, and medication reminders in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and support with medication routines.
• Meal planning and preparation in line with dietary requirements.
• Offer companionship and social interaction; accompany to appointments and activities.
• Monitor health and report changes to the care team; document care provided.
