Job summary

FieldClock LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our remote team. You will interact with clients, identify needs, process requests, and elevate complaints to deliver a superior service experience.

The ideal candidate is attentive, detail-oriented, creative, and calm under pressure. You will handle inquiries via calls and emails, reference premade scripts, and document all interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and web applications (e.g. HubSpot CRM, FieldClock's internal management dashboards and tooling).
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
