Job summary

FieldClock LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative for a fully remote position in the United States. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve client questions, and document interactions in our CRM to help deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails.
• Identify the reason for the client's call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions.
• Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics.
• Use best practices in client service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers.
• Document all interactions in our CRM.
• Meet personal and team quotas.
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
