MEOW BARK VETERINARY SERVICES PLLC invites a friendly Client Service Representative to join a new, locally-owned clinic dedicated to compassionate pet care. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, check in pets, schedule appointments, and handle payments in a welcoming, efficient space.

Opened January 2025, we value excellent customer service, clear communication with clients, and the comfort of caring for a variety of animals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented and skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Spanish-speaking and Fear Free certification is a bonus!

Welcome to Meow Bark Veterinary! We are a new, locally-owned veterinary clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to pets and their families. We opened January 2025, and we are already growing! We look to continue to build a team that shares our passion for animals and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and efficient environment. Responsibilities include checking in pets, assisting pet owners, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring that the clinic is a welcoming place. If you have a love for animals and a knack for multitasking, we would love to hear from you!
