Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to build positive professional relationships with drivers and safe carriers.
• Assist with fleet operations optimization and profitability projects.
• Learn payroll, budgeting, and driver counseling tasks as part of the trainee program.
• Plan, route, and monitor freight movements to meet customer requirements.
