Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Logistics or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management/logistics
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment
• Experience managing a team is preferred
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with special fleet optimization projects
• Train drivers and staff on internal systems and processes
• Contribute to improving fleet profitability and performance metrics
• Assist with payroll, budget management, and reporting
• Coordinate yard activities and maintenance scheduling
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues
