Job summary

Tower Loan invites driven individuals to join its Manager Development Program in an on-site, full-time role. In 10–12 months, you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance incentives.

Location is on-site with typical Mon–Fri hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturday hours as needed to meet office goals and development milestones.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Learn and support management duties such as delegation and loan document analysis.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
