Job summary

Parker's Kitchen in Evans, GA is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Training to support daily kitchen operations and help develop leadership skills. You will assist with maintaining efficient systems and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role covers inventory, labor budgeting, food safety, and team leadership, with opportunities to advance to Kitchen Manager and gain hands-on experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service or demonstrated experience with Parker's.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Kitchen Managers in Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports.
• Manage and audit inventory levels to ensure they align with the budget.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to assist in managing labor costs by scheduling employees.
• Assist in enforcing Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe environment.
• Stock food and beverage areas to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Prepare made-to-order food and/or beverages per recipe or customer specifications.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are maintained at all times.
• Work with the Kitchen Manager to communicate procedures, promotions, and new products to employees.
