Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service.

• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Contribute to maintaining efficient operating systems and delivering customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and cost of sales reporting.
• Support labor budget adherence by scheduling employees accordingly.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and proper stock levels.
• Help train and develop team members to foster growth and knowledge.
