Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in food service operations.
• Must be at least 16 years old on hire date.
• Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Ability to work varied hours, days and shifts per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and leadership in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports.
• Help manage labor costs by scheduling staff per the approved labor budget.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation policies and ensure safe food handling.
• Communicate procedures, promotions and new products to staff.
• Support development of others and participate in cross-training.
