Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a motivated individual for a General Manager role in Dallas. This hands-on position offers development with the goal of preparing you for future GM responsibilities.

GMs take ownership of their store, lead daily operations, and design growth strategies to meet targets while maintaining top-tier customer service and product quality. Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or related leadership role.
• Must be able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication to develop staff and maintain standards.
• Ability to ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a solid employment history with good references.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure high standards.
• Mentor and grow assistant managers for promotion opportunities.
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage staffing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training.
• Communicate with the store via emails and phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
