Andy’s Frozen Custard in Edmond, OK is seeking a General Manager who will take complete ownership of the store, set growth goals, and design strategies to achieve them. You will lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional service while maintaining high standards of custard quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in food-service management, a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and the ability to train and promote staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven management experience in food service or related industry.
• Must lead a customer-focused team and own store operations.
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities.
• Willing to work hands-on across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations and foster a 'run it like you own it' mentality.
• Mentor and grow assistant managers for promotion opportunities.
• Communicate with the store via emails and phone calls and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep stores operating to standard.
• Train and hold the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Uphold Andy’s Frozen Custard culture, values, and mission.
• Oversee staffing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training.
• Follow and reinforce Andy's policies and procedures.
• This is a hands-on role; not an office job.
• Lead by example with high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment.
