Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Keller, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations. You will lead the crew, ensure legendary customer service, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and company standards.

Candidates must be 18+ with 1–2 years of management experience in food service. The role requires open availability, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must be able to work 30+ hours per week with open availability
• Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Experience with cash handling and basic banking practices
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to train and coach staff using company programs
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates Andy’s culture and values at all times

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager
• Lead store crew and deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory, food safety, and cost controls
• Schedule staff and manage labor according to shift needs
• Support store management meetings and communicate with district and home office teams
