Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• Responsible for all store operations and fostering a run-it-like-you-own-it mentality.
• Mentor and grow assistant managers for promotion opportunities.
• Maintain timely communication with store via emails and calls.
• Remain calm during high volume or unusual events to keep operations at standard.
• Lead with a customer-first attitude and uphold brand standards.
