Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role involves sales, merchandising, and store operations under the direction of the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading teams and coaching coworkers is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and develop teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Manage merchandising and visual presentation to support sales goals.
• Perform store operations including POS procedures, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Lead by example in customer service, leadership, and teamwork.
• Support leadership in driving store performance and guest loyalty.
