Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or qualified experience in business/logistics per minimum requirements.
• Willingness to travel to account, customer, and company events as needed.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization projects.
• Train in driver orientation and use of internal/customer systems.
• Analyze and report on fleet efficiency and profitability with KPI tracking.
• Assist with inventory, assets, and driver assignment to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll, budgeting, and pay issue resolution duties as instructed.
• Assist with yard management and routine maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate load planning, routing, and on-time freight delivery.
• Support safety culture and DOT compliance through training and briefings.
