Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin/management, supply chain, or related field, or GED/HS with 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to travel to account and customer locations as needed.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special fleet projects.
• Train drivers on internal systems and manage driver performance is part of the role.
• Plan and monitor freight movements to meet schedules and customer needs.
