Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• NMLS SAFÉ Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Learn Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources; guide and lead the team.
• Apply consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with proactive client support.
• Lead and coach a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture and collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community initiatives and uphold code of conduct policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
