Qualifications

• Onboarding and education program completion including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Develop and deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships via memorable customer experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes and resources to guide and lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Proactively identify financial needs of customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners.
