Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion, including certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Use consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment for clients.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with partners across the organization.
• Participate in community service activities and adhere to the Bank's Code of Conduct.
