Participants gain hands-on exposure across finance functions, building skills in analysis, planning, and strategic decision-making.

The program emphasizes collaboration, rigorous financial modeling, and leadership development with mentoring and progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be an MBA candidate, scheduled to graduate by Summer 2027.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis services to area(s) assigned within Finance.
• Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, strategic assessments, investment analyses, forecasts, and variance reviews.
• Provide analytical support to senior management for key decisions such as capital budgeting and pricing analyses.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings and assist leadership in implementing them.
• Develop benchmarks to evaluate prioritization, efficiency, and portfolio management in the function.
• Educate senior management and staff on Company financial policies and procedures; assist in interpretation.
• Collaborate with other areas of Finance as needed.
