Job summary

McKesson's Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a two-year rotational development program designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential Finance talent with the capability and aspiration to become future leaders within McKesson. FLP Associates complete four six-month rotations across Corporate Finance, business-unit Finance, and other strategic Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and business acumen required.
• MBA graduate with concentration in Finance required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Preferred 2+ years in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to analyze performance and provide insights.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and reports.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead projects or workstreams with cross-functional coordination.
• Improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and transparency in processes.
• Support development and implementation of new Finance processes and digital tools.
• Build relationships to understand stakeholder needs and strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver analyses and presentations to Finance and leaders.
• Apply sound judgment and curiosity to evolving challenges.
• Own development through feedback and mentorship.
• Contribute to the day-to-day priorities and strategic objectives of rotations.
