Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year, three-rotation program designed to build a foundation in corporate finance for early-career professionals.

You'll rotate through FP&A, Data Analytics & Visualization, Financial Operations, and Controllership, developing leadership, analytical, and communication skills while contributing to CVS Health’s mission of simplifying healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree expected between May 2026 and August 2027 in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Analytics.
• Up to 1.5 years of professional experience including internships/co-ops.
• Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and CoPilot is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through student orgs, athletics, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across FP&A, Data Analytics & Visualization, Financial Operations, and Controllership.
• Develop financial analysis, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Work on meaningful business initiatives and learn from finance leaders across CVS Health.
