Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• College degree in business preferred; may substitute for some experience.
• 10 years retail or restaurant GM experience; DMIT program completion.
• 1-3 years multi-unit experience in c-store or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic staffing plan across locations.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across a wide network.
• Set clear goals and hold teams accountable.
• Develop store leadership and coaching actions.
• Analyze financials, P&L, and inventory.
• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and product quality while maintaining safety.
