Job summary

Roche invites high-potential graduates to join the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) in Indianapolis, a premier two-year commercial rotational experience. Participants complete three defined rotations, with onboarding, mentorship, and a structured development curriculum to fast-track leadership readiness.

Education should be a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Communications, or STEM, graduating between Dec 2026 and May/June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or STEM-related disciplines with a graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Desirable 3.0 GPA or higher with relevant internships, co-ops, or part-time experience.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without Roche visa sponsorship and willingness to relocate nationwide after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Three 8-month rotations over two years, with onboarding and mentorship.
• Engage in a structured commercial curriculum to build leadership and business skills.
• Exposure to Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Contracts, and Commercial Operations.
• Opportunity to apply for open Roche positions at the end of the program.
