Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis invites high-potential graduates to join the 2027 Accelerated Development Program. This two-year commercial rotational experience designs three eight-month rotations, with onboarding, mentorship, and a focus on leadership development within the Diagnostics division.

Graduates with a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Communications, or STEM fields (Dec 2026 or May/June 2027) and a 3.0+ GPA are encouraged to apply. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with graduation in Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher recommended; relevant internships/co-ops welcomed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche visa sponsorship and fully mobile nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations over two years.
• Participate in onboarding and establish cohort relationships within Diagnostics.
• Develop understanding of commercial operations and leadership pathways.
• Potential for full-time placement at Roche upon program completion.
