Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/MS STEM-related degree program with an expected graduation date December 2026 or May 2027.
• 4 years or less of previous work experience (internships / co-op) included.
• Willingness to travel and be placed anywhere throughout the United States and potentially at international locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3 eight-month rotation program across Quality, Regulatory, and External Affairs.
• Receive continuous professional and personal development and 1:1 mentorship.
• Experience exposure to leadership and real-life business scenarios during the FLEX program.
