Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or STEM with graduation by Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
• GPA 3.0+ with relevant internships, co-ops, or part-time experience.
• US work eligibility without Roche sponsorship; willing to relocate nationwide after the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across commercial tracks.
• Engage in onboarding and mentorship to develop leadership and business skills.
• Support projects in sales, marketing, pricing, contracts, and commercial operations.
