You will collaborate with the Club Manager and driving daily operations, training, and certification programs to prepare for future leadership roles.

This role requires ServSafe certification, forklift handling and a strong track record in retail operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage daily club operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership across assigned departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members; manage labor planning and scheduling.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and customer service excellence; enforce club standards.
