Job summary

Tower Loan in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Manager Trainee for our Manager Development Program. In 10-12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will develop leadership skills, learn recruitment, staff development, performance management, and have opportunities to advance into management. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegation and loan document analysis.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
