Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in New Iberia, LA. This full-time role trains you in customer service, sales, finance, and operations while preparing you for leadership positions within 10–12 months.

The program emphasizes internal promotion, competitive pay, and incentives. You will relocate upon promotion, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to branch goals with a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
